We endeavour to provide a customer service to ensure your complete satisfaction. All prices include New Zealand GST at 15%. For other countries the shipping cost is reduced to take this into consideration.

Delivery & Shipping 

New Zealand customers

We use Fastway Couriers or NZ Courier Post for street address deliveries, or NZ Parcel Post for PO Box addresses.

Please note the courier services are "signature required" services unless you request otherwise in the delivery instructions when placing an order.

You should receive your order within 1-3 working (weekday) days plus 1 additional day for rural delivery.

Please contact us if you require your purchase urgently and we can possibly arrange a faster delivery.

Our NZ nationwide delivery charge is $3.00 for small packages.

The delivery charge does increase with size and is  is automatically calculated and shown when items are added into the shopping cart. For example, a typical small package may contain up to 6 small (125ml) bottles, 2 medium(250ml) size bottles and 2 small bottles or 1 large (500ml) bottle and 3 small bottles. If your order exceeds our maximum size, a warning message asks you to divide your order or to contact us for delivery charges.

If you wish to pick up your order you may select the "Pick Up" delivery option for which there is no charge.

If we are out of stock of any item, we will notify you promptly and advise the expected time of delivery.

International customers:

For international shipments we use New Zealand Post's International Air Parcel Post. This service takes between 3 to 10 working days and is applicable for street or PO Box addresses. The delivery charges are automatically calculated.  If your order exceeds our maximum size, a warning message asks you to divide your order or to contact us for delivery charges.

Payment, Security & purchasing online.

We are committed to ensuring your purchases from CT Health are safe and secure. Payments may be made by Visa or MasterCard credit cards, Direct Credit, Cheque or Cash on Collection. When checking out please select the payment option which suits you best.

Credit card transactions will be  processed through the Secure Hosted Payment solution from DPS. Payment Express is a Visa and MasterCard certified solution.

Your Credit card is authorised and debited in an SSL secure environment. DPS hosts and manages the payment page, which is secured by it's own SSL certificate and 3D verification with authentication of "Verified by Visa" & "MasterCard SecureCode".
Your credit card details are not retained by CT Health Ltd.

Direct Credit is where you deposit the funds into our bank account, using phone or internet banking or by manually depositing the money in our account. If you wish to use this payment option, please click the "place order" button and the following order confirmation page will give you instructions and our bank account details. If you have selected to have us email a receipt of your order, the email will also contain direct credit instructions together with our bank account details.

Cash on collection subject is subject to prior arrangements being made.

Cheques are to made payable to CT Health Ltd.

Your order will  be shipped as soon as we are satisfied that payment has been made.

HEALTHY MEMBERSHIP

Become a HEALTHY MEMBER if you are a Super Gold Card, Senior Card holder or a regular purchaser.

Please create a user account and inform us of your user name so we may add this name to the HEALTHY MEMBERS group if you are eligible. After log on you will then view prices which are discounted by at least 10%.
