Suggested daily dose:

Adults:     2 – 4  capsules twice daily with a glass of water on an empty stomach.

The effectiveness of the immune factors is lowered by by stomach acid and so should be taken with a large glass of water to reduce stomach acidity, and on an empty stomach to help the capsules through to the intestines.
